Since 2016, Smithsons has been working to diversify talent pipelines and creating job opportunities across industries and types of work, from temporary to permanent positions.

Over the last six years, we’ve seen something extraordinary. Organizations, ranging in size and specialty, began to make commitments towards change, putting into action, initiatives that would support those often underrepresented, and set them up for success. Our candidates and contingent workers have unlocked their own potential and the potential of others in ways we never imagined.

As we stepped back to look at these extraordinary moments, we realized it was time for the Smithsons brand to evolve. We want to be a source of inspiration, and we owe it to our audience to be a brand that elevates, motivates, and empower those who want to mobilize their lives to get to where they want to be. We want to give you the tools to perform at your best work or find where your best can shine.

So, we reimagined our brand.

It’s more than a color change; it’s a tribute to our candidates, our clients, and our mission. A platform that shows flexibility, mobility and impact. And it reflects who we are at our core: a revolution of how we all think about work.

We began with visual iconography that’s inspired by our core offering: partnerships. The range of Smithons capabilities is truly unique, so our wordmark and logos reflect the personality of how we implement those capabilities—agility, innovation, courage and passion.

Our Stack is our most dynamic; circular and flowing it's takes the eye on a visual representing how we work and partner.

Our Wordmark is clear, bold, and impactful. Its a mark that is straight forward without any fluff.

Our Icon is a semi-circle, speaking to endless possibilities.

As for that color change? It’s our signature Blue: a rich bejeweled hue that not only symbolizes our company’s beginnings, but represents reliance, forward-movement, and imagination. Our hope is that—much like our services—the color inspires out-of-the-box thinking and supports our clients and candidates in bringing to life their biggest dreams.

We want to inspire our new and existing clients and candidates the confidence they need to take the leap and create the life and legacy they all deserve.
