our story

I've never been the best at talking about myself, so when the team asked me to write about what I do, of course, my mind went blank.

How can I sum up my passion for creating opportunities for underserved communities? Or get across the excitement I feel when a leader becomes committed to creating representation within their organization?
 

My experience is colorful and has allowed me to work with clients and partners to solve diversity and inclusion together. Using my background in storytelling, community building, and large-scale culture change, with a concentration in diversity recruitment, I've been a strategic advisor for companies, innovation hubs, and governments.

I put talented people to work - and I've taken the challenge of diversifying industries that have traditionally bypassed Black, Indigenous, and other Peoples of Color, head-on.

My specialty: Diversity Recruitment, Diversity Strategy, Unconcious Bias discussions, Creating Belonging, Workshops, Team Building

I've always had a keen interest in people.

This curiosity led me to a pursuit of psychology, emotional intelligence, and how the two impact interpersonal relationships within companies.
 

My journey through the entertainment and later tech industries have crafted my value system - If people are your most important asset it makes sense to invest in them accordingly.

 

I work with companies in every industry to help leaders become more inspirational, managers more capable, front-line employees more responsive to customer needs, and organizations equipped with diverse solutions to meet a range of talent needs.
