No one has contacted me about my application?

Contact your nearest Smithsons office. That information is in the job description, and is also searchable through the Smithsons office directory. You can also create job alerts to notify you of new positions as they become available.


How do I get a job with Smithsons?

Conduct your job search using our job board. Once you identify positions that are of interest to you and that you are qualified for, you may apply directly to the position, upload and paste your resume, and your information will be routed to the Smithsons staffing consultant responsible for filling that position. You may also contact your nearest Smithsons office.

How do I view my paystubs and/or W2 records?

If you wish to view and print your pay stubs and/or W-2 records, please log in and view your dashboard on your Rippling account. Under “Self-Service,” you will find a link to access both. You can also access self-service by logging into Rippling here.

How do I set up job alerts?

Anyone can set up job alerts here. The job alerts will send any jobs matching your search criteria to your email inbox based on your desired job title and distance. And there is no repetition — job alerts won't send you all the results of your search, just the most recent jobs that have been published since your last job alert was sent.

How do I contact my nearest Smithsons location?

How do I get my W2 from Smithsons?

If you haven’t received your 2020 W-2 form from Randstad, we encourage you to submit a request for a reprint through our phone system. Just call 855-907-5669.

You will then have the option to request for your W-2 to be emailed to the email address we have on file for you within 24 business hours, or you can request to have a paper copy mailed to you via U.S. mail within five to seven days. It’s really that easy!

If you choose not to use the automated W-2 request prompts, please be aware that we’re experiencing high call volumes due to the W-2 season, so your wait time to speak to us will be longer than our normal service times.
