Smithsons introduces Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for contingent workers

Employee resource group members are the cultural lifeblood of our organization and when it comes to advancing diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion, they are the vanguard, helping to shape our path forward. Sadly, for many companies, contingent workers do not have access to the benefits of belonging, inclusivity, and advancement, ERGs can bring. Smithsons has decided to change how contingent workers are valued by creating Smithsons T.E.A.Ms (Together Embracing Advancement & Movement). Across Smithsons, there are 12 employee groups – with both internal and contingent employees participating.
